What do AI, new ideas, and Growth Week Bingo have in common? They were all part of Growth Week 2026 at Helmes!

A full week dedicated to learning, sharing experiences, and growing together. This year’s theme was “How We Think, Learn and Work with AI.”

Throughout the week, we had sessions open to everyone at Helmes, alongside sessions tailored to different roles.

We also had a Growth Week Bingo challenge to get everyone involved and help us notice the small ways we learn through everyday work.

And of course, we wrapped it all up with a Growth Week End Party and Comedy Night!

Because at Helmes, growth isn’t just something we talk about. It’s part of the work we do and the people we learn from every day.

Who says treasure hunts are just for kids? At Helmes, we’ve had not one, but two office treasure hunts, bringing colleagues together to solve clues, explore unexpected corners of the office, share plenty of laughs and enjoy a little friendly competition.
