🚨 NEW UPDATES - TSplusRemote Support

👉 Some applications don't always respond as expected to keyboard shortcuts during remote sessions. That's where the new Direct Keyboard Mode in TSplus Remote Support comes in!

It allows keyboard input to be sent more directly, improving compatibility with applications that don't fully support the default transmission mode.

👉 Unattended doesn't mean unrestricted.
Computer Access Restriction in TSplus Remote Support now supports unattended computers!
With this update, access can be restricted to users belonging to the same subscription, even when unattended mode is enabled.

For IT teams, it means:
✅ More control over who can connect
✅ Consistent access restrictions for unattended sessions
✅ An additional safeguard for remote assistance

One important detail: the restriction policy is set by the customized client used to enable unattended mode.

We’re pleased to announce a new partnership with JS Network Operations, JSNOC, following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between our two companies!
