Then use the prompt - “Take everything I’ve just offloaded and turn it into a clear, prioritised plan. Group similar tasks, remove duplicates, highlight anything urgent, and rewrite it all as a simple, actionable list. Then give me the first three steps I should take today to feel back in control.”
