The results of the recent Adaptive Client Survey are in - and we're absolutely delighted with them!

Adaptive achieves a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +75 (+70 or higher is considered 'world class') with half of all respondents to the survey rating us 10/10 in answering the question "How likely are you to recommend Adaptive to others?"

Some of the comments on the (anonymous) survey have also really put a smile on our faces too, including:

"Very responsive and experienced service provided at all times. Adaptive takes the time to understand the needs of us as a customer and works alongside us to reach the required goal or outcome. We have an excellent relationship with Adaptive who understands our individual needs and requirements as a business."

"I am so glad we moved to Adaptive! You've been brilliant, working on our website's many problems to get us back into good shape."

We also received some great feedback on what else we could do to continue improving our services and we're working towards addressing some of those in the coming months.

WAF and AGCDN. Two acronyms - one whole extra level of security protection for your website.

There was some very good news last night for Drupal 7 website owners as it was announced that the End of Life date for D7 has been extended by at least a further year to November 2023.

We've been busy working with a number of our Drupal 7 clients to get their sites rebuilt in Drupal 9 ahead of D7 reaching EOL, originally expected to be November this year.

However, for others, we know that time/resource/budget restrictions have meant that upgrading from Drupal 7 is far from a straightforward task for them. Looking at the D7 usage stats, it's clear that they're not alone.

Yesterday's announcement on Drupal.org explains that "a majority of all sites in the Drupal project are still on Drupal 7" and that there is therefore "a clear need to provide additional support to the members of our community still using this version."

While our advice, and that of the wider Drupal community, is still to look at making the move to Drupal 9 if and when you can, the extension to the End of Life date does at least give businesses and organisations much-welcomed additional time to plan their next steps.
