A website I recently launched got mentioned on the radio! 📻

I listen to the BBC Devon John Acres breakfast show nearly every morning, so I was so excited! I even managed to get downstairs quietly to listen to it live, whilst the kids were still asleep.

Last Thursday, Patrick Currie got on BBC Radio Devon's John Acres Show to talk about his business, Naturally Bread Cakes . They pointed listeners to https://naturallybread.com, the website I recently built for them.

Naturally Bread's site was full with content but hard for customers to actually use, cluttered navigation, no clear path to ordering. I designed a new website and simplified things to what mattered most and made ordering easy to find.

Almost immediately after the new website went live, an increase in sales happend. The client had a huge +2,400% increase in online sales and 140% more engagement across social media, in the first month post-launch alone.

It's rarely about adding more. It's about making sure the important stuff is easy for customers to find.

"Let's discuss the website" with brownies is apparently how we do business meetings now. But they disappear fairly quickly with 3 kids, and Alex Hart in the house!

New site launch 🚀

Naturally Bread… freshly baked!

Naturally Bread is an independent vegan bakery here in Exeter. For over 10 years, Patrick and Jenny have built a quality reputation focussing on delivering quality over quantity and really connecting with their customers.

Their website needed a tidy up to better reflect their brand and the quality baking they deliver.

Working closely with Patrick, I designed and developed a new website with a clearer layout and navigation, stronger photography, and call to actions that make it easy to buy your cake (and eat it!) or book onto one of their baking classes.

Keeping things clear and simple, so the good stuff can rise to the top.
