Returns:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from delivery. You must notify us by phone, email, fax or letter of your intention to cancel within 14 working days from delivery. After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods at your cost. Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and accessories. Goods must be complete, UNUSED, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received. Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 day period has elapsed. Television stands must not have been opened from their original packaging. Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned. Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery. Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price - less delivery charges and cost of accessories as advised. Goods received back that you suggest are faulty and that we have tested to be in working order: You will be refunded the Invoice price - 25 percent re-stocking charge, delivery charges and cost of accessories as advised. Warranty Information:
All Warranties are covered by their respective manufacturers and for most TV sets this is 5 years but excludes Multi-Region DVD Players. Multi-Region DVD players are covered by a 12 month, 30 day repair or replace warranty, that is, if your DVD player develops a fault, simply return the same to us and if we're not able to obtain the spare part(s) from the manufacturer within 30 working days we will replace the machine, like for like. A service you'll agree that is far superior to that offered by manufacturers. Please note that due to legislation, April 01 2003, some Manufacturers will only allow repairs to be carried out by authorised service centres and not dealers, therefore please contact us first before sending a unit back to us for service.
