As our previous Charity of the Year partner, the project focused on creating a platform that was easier to manage, easier to navigate and better equipped to support the charity’s growth long term.

Since going live, the website has helped drive:

A new addition to the Surge office 💚

We’ve recently had a large wall graphic installed based around our core values and the principles that shape how we work as a business, from the way we support clients through to how we work together as a team internally.

The new NFAN website wasn’t only about giving the platform a new look.

The focus was on making things easier for members day to day.

Since launch, the platform now supports:

👥 310 active members
🎟️ 256 event booking tickets processed
💻 94% website health

From renewals and event bookings through to accessing resources and managing information, the rebuild focused on simplifying key journeys and improving usability across the platform.

The previous NFAN website had done its job, but over time the platform needed to become easier to manage, easier to navigate and more useful for members day to day.
The new website focuses on clearer structure, improved usability and making things simpler for both members and the NFAN team.

We’re working with The eLearning Group on a new website!

As the business continues to grow and evolve, the focus is on creating a website that better reflects the work they do, the sectors they support, and where the business is heading next.

The project will focus on improving the messaging, refining the structure of the site, and creating a better overall user experience.

Since launching the new NFAN website, the feedback so far has been really positive.
