This week, we've had the pleasure of welcoming Lucy to Eight Group for a week of work experience! 🌟

Lucy has spent time exploring different areas of the business, getting a behind-the-scenes look at what we do and having a go at some practical projects of her own.

From learning about digital marketing and creative design to seeing how our print processes work from start to finish, Lucy has experienced a bit of everything - even rolling up her sleeves to help with some hand-fulfilment!

💬 Here's what Lucy had to say about her week:

"My favourite part was digital marketing because I liked being creative and coming up with ideas, and learning how businesses use social media to engage with their audiences. I also learnt about the different print machines, like the KM1, and how they actually work to produce printed materials.

I've been inspired by every job I've learnt about this week. It's given me more knowledge and helped me get a better idea of what I could do in the future."

Today marks Becky's 5 year anniversary at Eight Group, where she's been smashing it out the park at everything that comes her way, from team days to holding the purse strings, through to keeping us ISO compliant and managing HR on site.

She's organised, easy to talk to and always up for a laugh, the kind of person who makes the practical stuff feel a lot less like admin.
