IMPORTANT******** We have been advised from our DEDICATED web and email servers supplier that technical support contracts are not to be renewed from 01/09/26. Due to this we have invested heavily to allow "Cloudflare Technical Services" to be our technical support supplier. Having our own dedicated servers (IP addresses) increases cost dramatically but ensures much better stability and security with high quality state of the art servers. As from 01/09/26 any requested technical support will be chargeable via our suppliers Cloudflare Technical Services. Any clients that wish to have peace of mind can purchase "technical support package" on a yearly basis or simply be on a default PAYG (as needed) basis.

"Lightweight Markdown files" (LLMS / Large Language Models) tell the AI Engines to catch the data within a website... We are still getting lots of emails and phone calls form site owners who are having problems with their websites or can't contact their current developer / supplier!. Although we try to be extremely pro-active many of these site owners have been left "high and dry" with few places to turn to. Unfortunately we do not support 3rd party systems like Wix, Squarespace and other online web builders... these tend to be locked and no way of accessing the source code to fix things. Other's have reached out with problems of things no longer working on their websites... these are almost exclusively "WordPress". This platform relies on 3rd party plug-in modular systems to make certain elements of the website work, like forms or slideshows. Again we do not support this platform as we have our own CMS system for users who require the ability to update their sites themselves. The only thing we can advise people is "don't use these locked platforms or systems that reply on outside (3rd party) Api / plugins to work". We are very happy to rebuild any website to be the exact same but not rely on any 3rd party platform just good old HMTL / CSS / JavaScript / PHP /MySQL etc...... all very stable and reliable. Anyone who would like us to rebuild their site just drop us a line...
