WE’RE HIRING: IT Support Technician (Tier 2)

M3Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced and dependable Tier 2 IT Support Technician to join our team in Diamond, East Bank Demerara.

This position is suited to someone who can confidently handle escalated technical issues, work independently and provide guidance to junior technicians.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Resolving escalated Tier 2 support issues
✅ Administering Microsoft 365, Windows and user accounts
✅ Troubleshooting networks, servers, endpoints and cloud services
✅ Working with firewalls and remote-support tools
✅ Documenting technical solutions and procedures
✅ Supporting and guiding junior technicians

We are looking for someone with:

✅ At least three years of relevant IT-support experience
✅ Strong Microsoft 365, Windows and networking knowledge
✅ Experience supporting servers, firewalls and business technology
✅ Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
✅ Strong spoken and written English
✅ A professional, customer-focused attitude
