We’re Hiring: IT Help Desk Technician (Tier 1)

What You’ll Be Doing:
• First point of contact for client IT support (phone + email)
• Troubleshooting Windows, Office 365, and basic networking issues
• Handling Tier 1 support tickets and escalations
• Setting up users, devices, and email accounts
• Supporting onboarding and maintaining IT assets
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with Windows, Mac, Office 365 & Active Directory
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN) and hardware
• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Customer-first mindset
