We partnered with Waterways Ireland to reimagine their entire online presence.

The brief: consolidate multiple domains into one, serve a hugely diverse audience (from curious tourists to expert boaters), and make every interaction simpler, faster, and more accessible.

What we delivered:
→ A new brand identity
→ Simplified permit and booking flows
→ Full WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance, built in from day one
→ Intuitive navigation designed to reduce cognitive load across all device sizes

The result?
A site that was not only recognised as National Website of the Year at the National Digital Awards, Large Business Website of the Year, Stand Out Public Sector Website at the UK Digital Excellence Awards, and a Lovie winner, but one that is having a significant impact.
