The GRIP team was delighted to be invited to this year’s Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) ) Research Conference.
A big thank you to the great PHECC team — especially Brendan Cawley, Beth Breslin, Liz Dempsey, Denise Clancy, and Jennifer Shortt — for organising such an insightful event.

This year also marks PHECC’s 25th anniversary, and it’s an extra special milestone for Liz Dempsey 👏, who also celebrates 25 years with the organisation.Reaching this milestone is a fantastic achievement, and her dedication and professionalism over the years are truly appreciated.

Among the many excellent presentations, we were particularly interested in Brian McKeon’s session on digital adoption in paramedicine, which highlighted the need for digital tools that support quick decisions and fit real EMS conditions.
