We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join Carlo Maragliano's team - initially for an 18‑month mission, with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent role later.
The position sits at the intersection of client-facing support, platform operations, and delivery. You will not only troubleshoot across the full stack (KYC/AML, payments, and bank compliance products) to keep production stable for 90+ leading financial institutions, but also actively contribute to configuration and delivery activities - including onboarding new clients, configuring workflows and environments, supporting releases, and ensuring smooth deployments into UAT and production.
