🌿𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥.

En collaboration avec 𝐄𝐜𝐨-𝐒𝐮𝐝, FRCI a eu le plaisir de former une équipe d’artisanes citoyennes du sud de l’île Maurice, avec un objectif clair : renforcer leur autonomie et soutenir le développement de leurs activités.

Au programme : gestion de budget, notions de finance, communication et prise en main d’outils essentiels comme Excel, PowerPoint ou WhatsApp.

Au-delà des compétences, ce sont des femmes engagées, actrices de leur communauté et de la protection de notre environnement, que nous avons eu la chance d’accompagner.

𝗙𝗥𝗖𝗜, 𝗰’𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝘂 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹, 𝗱𝗲 𝗹’𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁… 𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗱𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗲.

Cette photo, prise lors de notre dernier team building, illustre bien plus qu’un simple moment de partage : c’était un véritable challenge, relevé avec engagement, énergie et détermination.

Comme dans la vie en entreprise, il y a des obstacles, des efforts à fournir et des moments où l’on apprend à mieux se coordonner et à compter les uns sur les autres.
