Earlier today, one of our main fiber lines in Poblacion, Liloan was accidentally cut during vegetation clearing operations. A chainsaw struck the aerial fiber cable while nearby trees were being trimmed, which caused the sudden downtime and service interruption experienced by some subscribers.

Our technical team immediately responded on-site and conducted emergency restoration works to restore affected connections as quickly and safely as possible.

✅ We are glad to inform everyone that the damaged main line has now been fully repaired and services have already been restored.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this unexpected incident has caused. We understand how important a stable internet connection is for work, school, business, and daily communication, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support while our team worked on the repairs.
