What does “scalable HR” actually look like in practice?
At HR Pro Global in Warsaw last week, Anna Soloviova — Client Development & Success Lead at PeopleForce — answered that question with receipts.
In her session People Power: HR’s Role in Global Growth, Anna walked through how Room8 Group built a fully automated, compliant HR function from scratch — with PeopleForce as the single source of truth — across:
→ Up to 2,500 employees in 30+ locations
→ 64 cooperation types
→ M&A integrations across multiple jurisdictions
The biggest takeaway from the room: scaling globally isn’t about adding more tools — it’s about removing friction. When your data lives in one place and your processes are designed for the messiness of real-world operations (multiple jurisdictions, cooperation models, acquisitions), HR stops being a bottleneck and starts being a growth engine.
What made Anna’s perspective land so well is that she’s been on both sides — building the processes inside a fast-scaling company and shaping the platform that supports them. That dual lens is rare, and it showed.
Thank you to everyone who stayed after the session to dig into the details. If you couldn’t make it but want to hear the full case study, send us a message — we’re always up for the conversation.
