GenAI Zürich was a great success 🚀
🔹 Our Business Development Operations Director, Yahor Zaleski, took the main stage to address the elephant in the room for enterprise AI: trust. Businesses can’t scale without AI, but trusting algorithms without verification is exactly why so many initiatives stall.
To show how we bridge this gap, Yahor presented Voiager — a platform built for a major Swiss pharma company to solve a critical shortage of specialized interviewers.
We built it on four uncompromising pillars:
⚓ Value: An intelligent interview agent that cuts qualitative data collection from months to days. Admin configures in German, respondent speaks French, output delivered structured in the required language.
⚓ Reliability: A native «confidence meter.» If Voiager isn’t sure it understood unclear audio, it flags it for human review. It knows when it doesn’t know.
⚓ Compliance: LLM is the engine, not the boss. PII masked, data stays on corporate servers, multi-tenant isolation keeps sensitive insights out of public models.
⚓ Responsible engineering: We invest top engineers in automated safety systems that test every update — no relying on fast frameworks alone.
🔹 Meanwhile, Andrei Shvedau, Oxagile’s AI Engineer, led a hands-on workshop building a deployable voice-powered survey app from scratch using OpenAI’s Realtime API. The audience saw the full journey: empty codebase to production-ready tool with voice interface, natural speech recognition, and AI-generated summaries.
🔹 Beyond the sessions, we had great conversations and exchanged ideas. Grateful to everyone who stopped by. If we missed you this time — hope to connect at future events.
