Recently, Accesto turned 15, and the whole team gathered to spend a day together in Wrocław.

We kicked things off in the office, catching up and working side-by-side. Most importantly, we went through the slideshow of photos from all of the way since the birth of Accesto. Considering some of our developers have worked in Accesto for more than a decade — we had a lot to reminisce over. 😃

Then we headed out for lunch, continued with a bowling battle, and finished the evening over dinner and good conversation.

Fifteen years of building things we’re proud of, learning a ton, and — most importantly — doing it together with people we genuinely enjoy spending time with.

We had a great couple of days in the office, mixing work and fun. Each morning, we got stuck into projects, working together and getting things done. It felt good to be on the same page, knocking out tasks as a team.

After work, we switched things up. One night, we hit up some restaurants, digging into everything from burgers to desserts while chatting and laughing. Another day, we stayed in for darts, messing around with some friendly competition. These days — starting with work and ending with food and games — showed how tight our team is. Here’s to more of this, just doing our thing together. ⭐️

Christmas is just around the corner — a time for families to come together. But before we all dive into the holiday festivities, our team has a tradition of gathering to celebrate as one.

This year, we’ve spent a day eating traditional dishes, discussing the year's achievements, and playing team games. While the food and activities change from year to year, one thing has remained constant for over a decade: the strength of our team bond.

We are going to continue these traditions and share them with new team members who will join us in the future.

🌟 Our team had a fantastic time at PHPCon Poland! 🇵🇱

We had two people presenting — our Backend developer, Pawel hosted a hands-on workshop diving into system refactoring, and later on, our CTO Michal delivered a presentation on the same topic, but with a focus on business strategies — highlighting why they’re even more crucial than code-level techniques.

Beyond the presentations, reconnecting with familiar faces and networking with the PHP community was a pleasure. Thanks to everyone who joined us!

Each clutch review for us is a rarity as we generally tend to work with our clients for multiple years, sometimes even closer to a decade. Lately, we have received a review that bumped up our score from 4.8 to 4.9.

We worked on two projects with this client: a Warehouse Management System and a Product Reviews System allowing customers to leave reviews for purchased products.

The results speak for themselves, and the client described it the best: “Delivery completed timely and within the cost - absolutely unique in this industry. 🎉🌟 Cheers to a New Year Full of Possibilities! 🥂🎊

As with all the years before, this one came with its own challenges, problems and victories for each of us. We bid farewell to the year gone by, and hope that a new one brings peace, success and the right amount of challenge for us to mature and grow.

For us this year brought a lot of changes, new people on board, new projects and ideas. We continued to provide our partners and clients with our insights and will continue to do so in the years to come.

Last week, our team came together for a party in Wroclaw! We started the evening with a delicious dinner, setting the stage for an incredible night ahead.

After filling our bellies with food, we embraced the spirit of competition with three rounds of laser tag! The laser tag was followed up by the Rum tasting! Sampling 10 different varieties, we not only savoured the rich flavours but also discovered the art of correctly sipping and enjoying each blend.

To finalize the festivities, we gathered in the office for a presentation summarizing our achievements and milestones throughout the year, coupled with the food and drinks lasting the night.

Such moments are always helpful to reflect, appreciate, and set the stage for what`s to come in 2024!
