Knowledge and skills are undoubtedly necessary for success, but it's the relationships and understanding among us that form the real strength of our team. That's why we value moments like these when we can put daily tasks aside, spend time together, and truly integrate. 😊

This weekend has shown us again how important it is to find time to "switch off" from daily duties and simply enjoy each other's company.
The moments when we can laugh, talk, and spend time together create an extraordinary atmosphere that is a valuable component of our company culture.

We learned about the latest trends in the industry, discovered innovative approaches, and gained a tremendous amount of inspiration.
We met old friends, exchanged experiences, and drew inspiration from the successes of other IT professionals.

Our team mate Mateusz will walk you through the most important concepts of dry-rb and how it may help you keep the code clean and maintainable. In the first article he talks about different approach to validation in Ruby on Rails.

A short introduction to the most commonly used dry-rb library. In the article, we are comprehensively reviewing the problem of data validation in Ruby on Rails applications and covering a new strategy for replacing ActiveRecord model validations with dry-validation, dry-schema, and dry-types gems.

Long time ago when together with my friends we were starting the USEO company we had this dream to work with people that we genuinely like and could become friends with. Looking at my team now I can say with full confidence that it worked!

It's a lot of fun not only to work with such a team but also to spend time with them and just relax. On the weekend we had a small trip. Unfortunately not all team members could join. Until the next time guys! :)
