Celfocus hosted the first edition of SPARKATHON - an internal hackathon designed to foster hands-on innovation and explore how AI can help us deliver faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

💡Bringing together around 60 participants in Lisbon and Cairo, multidisciplinary teams spent the day transforming real delivery challenges into practical -powered solutions across areas such as onboarding, operational analysis, automation, documentation, security, and knowledge management.

More than a competition, SPARKATHON created a space for experimentation, collaboration, and technical creativity - reinforcing our commitment to continuous innovation and AI-powered delivery.

Celfocus once again supported the “Women Shaping Tech Award”, an initiative by APDC that aims to accelerate the impact of projects promoting the attraction retention and development of female women talent in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
