As the 𝙀𝙪𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 is coming to an end, we wrapped up our final activity through the , a space dedicated to diversity, inclusion, and shared perspectives.

Filled with books, games, symbols, and messages reflecting different cultures, the corner encouraged curiosity and connection among colleagues. Every item told a story and reminded us that 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿.

One of our recent activities was a 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽, where together with our colleagues, we created our own terrariums, small ecosystems that reflect the beauty and balance of life on land.

Through this experience, we explored the idea of 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, drawing parallels between natural ecosystems and the importance of balance, connection, and coexistence in our teams.

It was a meaningful moment to step away from the desk, reflect, and engage in a 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆.
