When you're working on a model, you don’t have to save and leave SOLIDWORKS to check the properties of the model. You can do this from the Side Panel in SOLIDWORKS.

Lars will walk you through how to use the Side Pane:
• View 3DEXPERIENCE platform attributes directly on your model
• Edit properties like revision comments, without saving again
• Understand which changes require synchronisation
• Avoid common pitfalls when working in a collaborative environment

One detail to remember: When collaborating with others on the platform, remember to lock your file before you make other changes. 💡

Small workflow adjustments like this help you stay focused in SOLIDWORKS, instead of bouncing between systems.
