Managing paper health forms is a huge task — especially with 1,500 campers to keep track of. UCLA Recreation Youth & Family needed a more efficient way to track registration, communicate with families, and trust the accuracy of their health records. Since adopting CampDoc, they’re aware, prepared, and on top of camper safety without extra admin.

Did you know? Our company’s origin story began at a summer camp! 🏕️

Each year, we go back to our roots with a camp-themed company retreat. It’s a great way to celebrate our team, enjoy the outdoors, and realign on our core mission: keeping kids healthy and safe when they are away from home. Plus, karaoke around the campfire is always a good time!
