We recently took a trip to Scranton with our architectural interns to visit our behavioral health adaptive reuse project with Advantage Behavioral Health.

This 60,000 SF transformation of a former long-term senior care and rehabilitation facility will eventually be home to 61 private and semi-private units with 100 beds for mental health and specialized eating disorder care.

The design includes a commercial kitchen and dining room, administrative suite with conference room, updated nurses stations, patient lounges, a theater room, and the former chapel has been reimagined as a fitness studio and art/multipurpose room.

In addition to interior improvements the property is undergoing a full exterior renovation, including improvements to the grounds, two internal courtyards, and parking areas.

We can’t wait to share more about this healthcare transformation as it moves forward!

We designed a high-performance workplace for , a 21,000 SF suite in the LEED O+M Platinum and WELL-Rated 225 Franklin building located in the heart of downtown Boston’s Post Office Square.

Designed to support the teams’ current needs and be adaptable for future growth, the heritage-driven design includes coffered ceilings, exposed brick, penny tile and unique branding elements that balance the firm’s corporate culture with Boston’s rich history.

Material selections such as wood tambour, quartz surfaces, acoustic treatments, and glass-front offices bring warmth, light, and flexibility while supporting long-term performance.

We’re excited to welcome to new additions to our Living Studio, Anne Marie Willans and Victoria Wetzelberger, NCIDQ!

Anne Marie brings experience in project design with a multifamily developer and, most recently, as the design director of a Philadelphia-based architecture firm.

Victoria is an NCIDQ-certified designer with 10+ years of experience designing senior living, hospitality and other related projects.

Both will be great assets to our senior living, active adult, and multifamily projects going forward!

Our financial services client turned to Meyer for an interior renovation of a 3-story, roughly 120,000 SF building on their corporate campus.

Meyer programmed and redesigned all three floors in accordance with the client’s internal standards, which aim to create activity-based workspaces. Meyer designed updated lobby and reception areas, break/café spaces, meeting/conference rooms, open work areas, and several ancillary spaces (breakout, hub, flex areas, focus rooms).
