List the people who may have been potential clients, but you have not followed up in a few months, write 10 to 20 names of those people you contacted in the past and lost track of.

Once you have that list, call two or three of those people daily, but here is the catch, this is not a sales call but to reconnect with them and start by checking in on how they are doing.

At the end of the conversation, let them know that your proposal is still valid and you are there for them when they are ready; wait a week and contact them again for a business call.

The buyer’s journey can be broken up into three easy to remember parts:

1. Before the Sale: This stage is all about marketing, attraction, engagement, and connection.

2. During the Sale: This stage is your online intake, your discovery call, your proposal, and your follow-up.

3. After the Sale: This stage is everything that comes after they agree to buy: your delivery, the service you provide, how you keep in touch and foster the relationship, and how you gain testimonials and referrals.

When looking at each stage of the buyer’s journey, find ways that you can differentiate yourself. In each of these phases, consider what sets you apart from the competition and present yourself as their unique, irreplaceable solution. 💫

📊 What are they buying?
📊 How many calls do you make?
📊 How many conversations or touchpoints do you have with your clients from the moment they are prospects to the moment their buy?
📊 What percentage of those customers have become buyers?
