Your first digital product doesn't need to change the world. It needs to solve ONE problem.

Not "everything about marketing." Not a 200-page course.

One problem, solved well:
→ "How to plan a month of posts in 30 minutes"
→ "The pricing worksheet for new bakers"
→ "Your first 5 client emails, written for you"

Small and specific sells better than big and vague. And it's much easier to finish.

What's one problem you could solve in a 10-page guide?

Your website is confusing people. Here are 5 signs. Swipe through. ➡️

1. They can't immediately tell what you sell
2. Everything on the page is competing for attention
3. Your headline sounds clever but says nothing
4. There isn't an obvious next step
5. People keep asking questions your website should answer

Beautiful isn't enough. Your website needs clarity.

Save this and check your homepage against it today.

Some of the best businesses I know have tiny followings.

What they do have: people who trust them, an email list and a clear offer.

Followers are nice. Buyers pay the bills.

How many unfinished business ideas are sitting in your Notes app right now?

Be honest. 5? 15? 40?

Unfinished ideas aren't a problem. Starting a new one every time the last one gets hard is.

Try this:
→ Open your notes and pick ONE idea
→ Ask: does this help the customers I already have?
→ Ask: can I finish a simple version in 30 days?
→ If yes, start there. Archive the rest for now.

One finished idea will do more for you than 40 half-started ones.

If you want help picking which idea to finish, book a strategy session at pinkneycreative.com

Your Black Friday discount isn't the strategy. Swipe through. ➡️

"I'll just do 30% off."

Okay... but WHY should they buy?
→ Why this product?
→ Why from you?
→ Why right now?

A percentage off doesn't answer those questions.

Black Friday isn't a discount. It's a campaign.

Save this and answer those 3 questions before you pick a number.

The Black Friday Playbook helps you build the whole campaign. It's one of 8 guides in The Holiday Marketing Toolkit, $97 at theholidaymarketingtoolkit.com

Are you undercharging? 6 signs:

1. You're booked but broke
2. Customers say "that's it?"
3. You can't afford help or ads
4. You dread new orders
5. Your price ignores your time
6. You haven't raised prices in a year

If you nodded at 2 or more, it's time to look at your pricing.

Raising prices doesn't have to be scary. Start with new products or new clients, give current customers a heads-up, and focus on the value they get.
