Centegix CENTEGIX innovates safety solutions to empower and protect people every day.

Many schools struggle with stressful safety and dismissal processes that cause confusion and leave students vulnerable. We empower schools to transform their daily and emergency operations with an easy-to-use platform. That way, everyone has peace of mind that students are safe throughout the entire school day and can focus on what really matters - learning.

School safety planning matters during the everyday moments when someone needs help.

At Forest Hills Public Schools, staff activated their CENTEGIX badges seven times during the first week. Six were for medical incidents.

Forest Hills and Rochester Community Schools recently shared how they evaluated their needs, involved their teams, and made access to assistance part of their approach to safety.

We’ve also released a Michigan Section 31aa Funding Guide to help district leaders explore investments and plan their next steps.

Every morning, a kindergartner greeted Officer Ron Self with a hug and a simple “Good morning.”

He hadn’t asked to become a school resource officer. But that student—and the relationship he built with her family changed the direction of his career.

In our blog, Ron shares how that connection shaped his commitment to helping students get home safely and ensuring staff have a practical way to ask for help.

In this highlight from The Safety Signal, Michigan superintendents Ben Kirby and Nick Russo discuss why every employee needs a reliable way to call for help and how safety becomes part of a school’s everyday culture.

Their conversation covers the commitment behind that readiness: supporting staff, making safety practices routine, and preparing people to respond.
