Resilient Core Systems Connects with Emerging STEM Talent at CCNY's Fall 2026 Career Fair
New York, NY | October 8, 2026
Resilient Core Systems, Inc. (RCS) proudly participated in The City College of New York's Fall 2026 STEM Career Fair, joining 57 other organizations in connecting with the next generation of talent in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Hosted by CCNY's Career and Professional Development Institute (CPDI), the event brought together an impressive roster of employers, including Siemens, GE HealthCare, Con Edison, Schneider Electric, AECOM, Skanska, the New York Power Authority, MTA NYC Transit, the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, and the U.S. Navy, among other leaders in engineering, infrastructure, technology, and public service.
Gerald Roger, Director of Operations at Resilient Core Systems, represented the company, engaging directly with students interested in emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, software engineering, cybersecurity, data science, and critical infrastructure.
The turnout was exceptional, with an estimated 200-plus students in attendance and nearly 100 résumés received by RCS from prospective candidates. The enthusiasm, technical knowledge, and ambition demonstrated by CCNY students reinforced our confidence in the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers.
Throughout the event, RCS introduced students to its broader mission of developing intelligent systems and advanced technologies for the critical infrastructure the world depends on, with a focus on innovation, resilience, and long-term societal impact.
Conversations also introduced SDF Academy™, RCS's emerging workforce-development initiative, and our commitment to fostering meaningful connections between education, professional development, and future career opportunities in technology and engineering.
The strong student response represents an encouraging step toward expanding RCS's talent network, identifying emerging technical professionals, and exploring future opportunities for student engagement and workforce development.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Rhea Faniel and the entire Diversity Recruitment and Employer Relations team at CCNY's Career and Professional Development Institute (CPDI) for their warm welcome, outstanding hospitality, and exceptional coordination of this successful event.
We look forward to continuing our engagement with CCNY and CPDI, supporting meaningful pathways for student development and professional growth, and exploring opportunities to participate in future events, including the Spring 2027 Career Fair.
A tremendous turnout, promising connections, and an exciting step forward for Resilient Core Systems!
