That's the conversation we'll be exploring tomorrow in San Francisco as we welcome FlexRadio back for another Astronomic Investor Dinner.

After hosting their first Investor Dinner with us in Austin, we're excited to bring the discussion to the Bay Area with another curated group of investors, defense technology leaders, and operators.

As satellite communications, GPS, and precision timing become increasingly vulnerable to jamming, spoofing, and disruption, new questions are emerging for both governments and investors. What technologies will become essential in a denied-space environment? And where are the biggest investment opportunities being created?

Last month, we hosted our first Investor Dinner in North Carolina, bringing together private investors, family offices, and institutional investors for an evening focused on the future of the Research Triangle.

The discussion featured Radius Development Group, who shared how they're creating value through land entitlement by identifying underutilized industrial land, rezoning it for higher-value uses, and partnering with developers across the region.

Earlier in the evening, attendees also heard remarks from Janet Cowell, Mayor of Raleigh, on the continued growth and momentum of the Triangle.

One of the things we enjoy most about hosting Investor Dinners is bringing together local investors around the industries and opportunities shaping their region. Every city has its own strengths, and North Carolina's collaborative investment community made this an especially memorable evening.

Others are driven by long-term demographic trends that are already in motion.

That was the focus of one of our recent Investor Dinners in Austin, where we welcomed Falcon Senior Housing for a discussion on the future of senior living communities.

As the Baby Boomer generation enters retirement, demand for thoughtfully designed senior housing continues to grow. Today's retirees are looking for more than care—they're seeking communities that prioritize wellness, hospitality, connection, and quality of life.

Falcon shared its vision for meeting that demand, including the development of a new luxury senior housing community in Horseshoe Bay, Texas.

The evening brought together LPs, investors, and operators for a thoughtful discussion on demographic trends, real estate development, and the long-term opportunities emerging within the senior housing sector.

We recently hosted an Investor Dinner with Innovosens AB in Austin, bringing together investors to explore the future of wearable health technology and sports performance.

Founder Sirisha Adimatyam shared how Innovosens is developing a non-invasive wearable sweat-sensing patch that helps athletes and coaches monitor hydration, electrolytes, fatigue, and recovery in real time. By combining bio sensor technology, AI-powered analytics, and a software platform, the company is working to transform physiological data into actionable performance insights.
