Everyone's tracking KPIs, a word that gets thrown around in every marketing meeting. Reach ≠ Impressions. CTR ≠ Conversion Rate. And your follower count is actually probably the least important thing. Here’s a TL;DR for anyone who's ever nodded along in a marketing meeting and Googled “impressions” later. If you don’t define the goal of your ad first, every metric will likely disappoint or confuse you. And when every KPI is ‘important,’ nothing actually is.
