Props AV Southern California Event Specialists Props AV, originally known as Props Productions, was founded in 1998 as a Mobile DJ Service.

In 2006 Props teamed up with a Hollywood Special FX Crew which led us to change our name to Props FX. In 2012 we opened up our retail and installations branch, known as AVLFX (Audio Video Lighting FX). By 2014 we merged all entities and became known as the Props AV we are today, now providing Full Event Production, Rentals, Equipment Sales and Installations, all underneath one roof. Audio Visual i

A night filled with music, faith and unforgettable moments! ✨

Last Saturday, young women and young men from The Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder Day Saints came together for the Walk With Me Music Festival that was held at the YPAC. This youth concert was an evening filled with amazing performances by the Yucaipa Stake’s Youth, powerful music and a fun celebration filled with faith! Stakes from all over joined together to dance, sing and connect with one another. We were so proud and happy to have assisted with audio, video and lighting services for this event!

Setting the stage for Hemet Unified School District’s Colloquium 2026 event!
•
Last month we transformed Tahquitz High School’s gym into a high-end conference venue where many HUSD school professionals gathered for HUSD’s 3 day Colloquium event. During the impactful leadership sessions and presentations, our team provided staging, audio, lighting, video and media services across all 3 days of this event.
•
🔸 Staging: We used pipe and drape to mask the gym backdrop and create a sleek and executive stage design.
🔸 Audio: By using multiple speakers and wireless microphones, we provided crystal clear audio coverage across the entire floor, which allowed the presenters and attendees to seamlessly engage in interactive discussions.
🔸 Lighting: Precision stage lighting ensured that anyone presenting was perfectly framed and illuminated throughout the event.
🔸 Video & Media: Our team built a center LED wall that was paired with dual side projection screens to display graphics, slides and IMAG imaging throughout all presentations. We also provided a live broadcast camera and recorded media coverage of the entire event.

On Friday June 26th 2026, many people gathered all across the nation to watch a stream of the Tabernacle Choir performing at the Hollywood Bowl as they commemorated their 100th anniversary of the Choir’s first performance at the iconic venue. Here at Props AV, we assisted with several watch parties by bringing audio and video services to each event. Our graduation season has officially begun! The next couple of weeks for us are filled with commencement ceremonies and we are so excited to be apart of every single one. Yesterday we provided audio, video and live streaming services for Hemet High School’s 2026 commencement ceremony!
•
For audio we used 8 Event 26A Speakers and used an SQ-6 Mixer to mix multiple Sure ULX D4Q Mics and SM81 Mics for the band, choir and those who were speaking at the commencement ceremony.
•
We provided live streaming services for the ceremony by using a Blackmagic Design URSA Broadcast G2 camera and two Canon CR-N300 PTZ cameras, with a RC-IP1000 PTZ controller and a Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Extreme ISO switcher. We then streamed the entire graduation on YouTube for friends and families to see their loved ones walk across the stage.

Coyote Fest 2026 was INCREDIBLE! We had the pleasure of working with our friends to provide the staging, audio, lighting, LED video wall and overall AV design for their end of the school year music festival called Coyote Fest 2026.
•
Using a combination of Focus Profiles, Rayzor 760s, Color Strike Ms, Rogue Outcast 1M Beams and Maverick Storm 1 Beams, we created a dynamic lighting experience using layered beam effects, vibrant colors, movements and strobe effects to enhance the energy and atmosphere of each performance.
•
For audio we used a line array system that featured 8 SARA-100s per side, which was supported by 8 SARA subs deployed in a cardioid configuration across the front of the stage and an additional 8 9004-AS subwoofers that provided long throw low-frequency and impactful bass throughout each performance.
•
Using VS3IP panels, we built a 16x9 LED video wall that was paired with dual 4x9 side wings. Together these LED walls delivered a vibrant and immersive visual centerpiece that elevated the stage design with amazing visuals.

This is a dramatized video created to raise awareness to the dangers of drunk driving. No one was harmed in the making of this video.

We have been honored to be apart of such an impactful production with BHS year after year and are grateful to be apart of their program this year as well! We provided both audio, video and editing services for their entire event and created a short film over night for them to watch at their assembly.
