🎉 Today, we’re celebrating two special work anniversaries at Western Distributing!

Deb Stoltman celebrates an incredible 37 years—and if you’re trying to do the math, you can stop! Although Western Distributing officially began in 1992, Deb worked alongside the company’s original owner before WDC entered North Dakota’s charitable gaming industry. She has truly been here from the beginning and has played an important role in the company’s history and growth.

Deb began in administrative and bookkeeping roles before her hard work and dedication led her to become a partner in 2006. Today, she serves as our fearless leader, CFO, and co-owner.

We’re also celebrating salesperson Kristi Stoltman, who marks four years with Western Distributing today!

Congratulations, Deb and Kristi! Thank you both for everything you have contributed to Western Distributing. We’re grateful to have you as part of the WDC team! ❤️

Over the past year, Colby has been a fun addition to our Service Department. We appreciate how well he takes our jokes and good-natured teasing. He's always a great sport, never takes things too seriously, and doesn't even seem to mind when we boss him around! 🤣

Jamie serves as both a Warehouse Specialist and a Service Technician—and he does a great job keeping the entire service team (especially the young ones!) in line. He also keeps us laughing with his many stories and antics! 😄

Jayden has been an incredible part of our Service Team this past year, bringing a positive attitude, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service to every job. 🔧💙

🎉🎊 Happy 1-Year Work Anniversary, Jayden! 🎊🎉

Today we're celebrating Jayden R. and his first anniversary with the Western Distributing Company family! 🥳

What a year it has been! While attending our local community college, Jayden has done an incredible job balancing school and work, all while providing top-notch service to our customers. His attention to detail, positive attitude, outstanding customer service, and willingness to help wherever needed have made him a true asset to our Service Department. 👏🔧

This fall, Jayden will be heading to the University of North Dakota to continue his education. 🎓💚 While we'll definitely miss seeing his smiling, caring face around the office every day, we're excited that he'll still be part of the WDC team, helping our Service Department Lead, Goose, whenever he can.

Jayden, thank you for everything you've contributed over the past year. We're proud to have you on our team and can't wait to see all the great things you'll accomplish both at UND and here at Western Distributing Company.

Quarter Change is here, and that means a whole lot of moving pieces, new locations, fresh installs, and plenty of teamwork.

As we head into Q3, we're excited to welcome many new businesses to the Western Distributing family. Our operations, service, warehouse, sales, and gaming teams are all working together to make sure every transition happens smoothly and successfully.

Quarter change is always a busy season, but it's also a reminder of what makes this industry great: strong partnerships, dedicated teams, and businesses working together toward shared success.
