Did you know Visa and Mastercard review their rates twice a year?

Most of the time, the changes they make to rates, in consultation with the card issuing banks, are small. However, this gives providers a window to quietly raise your rates, without ever speaking to you.

How? A notice on your monthly statement is added that most business owners never see. As a result, fees can creep up over time. And if you are on a cost plus program, your providers cost has not increased making the rate increase a profit grab.
