Heartfelt Thanks. 1,314 participants. 12 countries. 4 weeks.

From the Americas to Asia, from Africa to the Caucasus, from Europe to the Middle East — hundreds of hospitality professionals came together for our AI in Hospitality certificate program.

This was a 4-week marathon. The planning, the outreach, the coordination — it was an incredibly demanding process. But looking back, we built something truly remarkable together.

Week by week, we walked through how an AI receptionist is built, trained, and deployed — using our very own RecepAI as the live case study. From prompt engineering to guest communication, from review intelligence to AI-powered upselling — all demonstrated through real, working technology.

I want to express my deepest gratitude:

Excited to share some great news with our industry colleagues.

In collaboration with some of Türkiye’s leading universities, Hotel Linkage is launching a very special new program designed to move our industry one step further into the age of AI.

AI in Hospitality: Applied Certificate Program is a fully free, 4-week live training series built around practical use cases, real scenarios, and hands-on learning.

Even more importantly, everyone who completes all 4 sessions will be eligible to receive an internationally recognized digital certificate in English.

To be clear, this is not just another webinar series.
