From the Americas to Asia, from Africa to the Caucasus, from Europe to the Middle East — hundreds of hospitality professionals came together for our AI in Hospitality certificate program.
This was a 4-week marathon. The planning, the outreach, the coordination — it was an incredibly demanding process. But looking back, we built something truly remarkable together.
Week by week, we walked through how an AI receptionist is built, trained, and deployed — using our very own RecepAI as the live case study. From prompt engineering to guest communication, from review intelligence to AI-powered upselling — all demonstrated through real, working technology.
I want to express my deepest gratitude:

We’ve started preparing the certificates. Due to the overwhelming number of participants — far beyond our expectations — all certificates will be prepared and distributed by the end of May.
