We keep communication straightforward and consistent. Most clients are on a monthly reporting cadence, with check-ins scheduled around their needs and the scope of work. You're not going to get radio silence for weeks and then a wall of data you didn't ask for. When something's happening — good or bad — you'll hear from us.
Day-to-day, we work primarily through email and project management tools that keep everything visible and documented. We're not big on unnecessary meetings, but we're always reachable when something needs a real conversation. If you prefer a standing call, we can make that work. If you'd rather just get a clean monthly report and flag us when you have questions, that works too.
