Since 1982, Operation ABLE, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization, has provided job seekers with training programs and employment services. Our mission and passion is to empower the community of job seekers; the underemployed, those in career transition and military veterans who need job support services to re-enter the workforce. We accomplish this by offering a variety of services including occupational

and computer skills training, workshops, job search training and support, coaching and counseling. Job readiness empowers our participants to stand on their own. ABLE BEGINNINGS
Basic Computer Skills Training, including Microsoft Word & Excel - in a classroom environment. SKILLS2WORK
Intermediate & Advanced Microsoft Office skills training - in a classroom environment. MEDICAL OFFICE ADINISTRATIVE TRAINING
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills & Medical Office Administrative Training - in a classroom environment. JOB COACHING
Job Coaching and Counseling where job seekers review, develop, and focus on a job search strategy. ABLE JOB RESOUCE CENTER
Short Term Refresher classes covering Microsoft Office in a classroom environment. Job search skills and support is offered in groups with one-on-one assistance. There are several funding options available. Inquire with ABLE staff. Eligibility requirements apply.

55 & OLDER, (Workplace Training Program)
The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), is a paid workplace training opportunity for those 55 and Up, and income eligible.**

**SCSEP is funded by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). Operation ABLE administers the SCSEP Program in Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk and Worcester counties in Massachusetts and in most of New Hampshire through a DOL national grant and a Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs state grant. Small Business Direct Access Program (DAP)
Operation ABLE, an authorized DAP provider* offers multiple levels of Microsoft WORD & EXCEL. An instructor-led training program - available at ABLE's Boston location or at the employer’s site.

Incumbent employee SKILLS TRAINING in Microsoft Office Suite, all levels & all applications. The curriculum is tailored to meet your company's needs.
