We're closing out September with an employee spotlight for THE one and only Jasmine Syrotchen 🌱

Jasmine got her start in 2018 at Temescal Wellness, doing a little bit of everything from budtending to inventory to social and digital media.

She didn't have a plan going in, she just wanted to help combat stigma, and the rest followed from there. 💚

Now she's an Implementation Strategist at Dutchie, wearing just as many hats: project manager, consultant, tech support, and the list goes on.

Her advice for folks starting out? "Be ready to pivot, keep an open mind, and stay learning."
