“We've added a lot of temperature monitoring systems, cooler freezer temperature monitoring and also our handhelds where all of our menus are integrated right into the handheld and staff can take the temperature with the food item. It helps us with the flow of food. It actually gives them their corrective action right in the handheld. So, if it's too hot or too cold, it tells them that information. They can put a corrective action in there. It helps with food quality, not only safety, but from a quality standpoint of overcooking something.
