Designed with an industrial-inspired character, the building fronts a pedestrian-friendly woonerf and features factory-style windows, expansive glazing, multi-level balconies, and flexible storefronts that connect directly to the public realm.⁠

Large garage doors open retail spaces to the energy of the street, while a series of murals by the Boulder Creative Collective adds a layer of local identity and creativity.
