We’re gearing up for an important conversation on Europe’s digital future 🇪🇺

On June 23 in Brussels, we’re co-organizing an exclusive forum with , , and , bringing together policymakers, institutional leaders, and industry executives to discuss the role of open source in Europe’s digital independence.

The timing is particularly relevant. As the European Commission is moving forward with the EU Tech Sovereignty Package, one question is becoming increasingly important: will Europe embrace an open source-first approach in public procurement, or continue to rely on the same dependencies under a different flag?

We’re also pleased that Florence Bout, Operations Officer at OpenNebula Systems, will take part in an industry panel to share her perspective on open source and its role in advancing Europe’s technological autonomy within the public sector.
