I finally figured out what Simply Swassy is going to look like going forward. My creative outlet for assorted print goods that will be available in a local gift shop and on the website.

You can look forward to seeing notecards, stickers, and art prints (like the ones featured in the pic). Nearly everything will be limited edition quantities, and I will stock the online shop once a month. Once the goodies are gone, they're gone.

It's been a difficult transition as I try to balance my new website design business ( ) and keeping up with Simply Swassy ❤️ SS is a passion project which is why we moved to a quarterly box instead of monthly (cuz I wanted to have my cake and eat it too!).

So a big shoutout to all you amazing Swassers who've stuck with me!

The 1st quarterly box is getting ready to be packed and shipped!

One of the reasons Simply Swassy was created was because of my crap health.

Ya see, I am a disabled Veteran and one of the chronic health conditions I have is called Myasthenia Gravis (MG) (you can read about my journey in my column called The Whispered Roar, over at Myasthenia Gravis News ). Every 3 weeks, I get an infusion of IVIG to help manage my symptoms from the MG. Today is drip party day! It's kind of spayshul that I can tolerate the max rate without some effects. I'll be tired tonight and tomorrow and will sleep a lot as my body process all the new gogo juice and will feel "amazing", or at least a bit better, by Thursday.

The IVIG helps me keep my head above water, basically. It allows me to do the work required to design all the elements for the Simply Swassy boxes and items I sell in my Etsy shop at SBarnes Designs ❤️
