The best cell sites are the ones you never notice. TCI recently completed an AT&T capacity upgrade at Old Colony Mill in Keene, NH. The team installed new antennas, radios and ground equipment, all delivered without altering the historic smokestack that has been a part of the Keene skyline for over a century. The result is a stronger connection and better wireless performance for the surrounding area, while carefully maintaining the character of the mill building.

Every flag tells a story. Every flag honors a hero.

To kick off Patriot Week, once again this year, members of the TCC and TCI team joined Massachusetts Fallen Heroes and volunteers in Boston's Seaport for the Flags for the Fallen ceremony. Together, we planted a sea of flags and honored those we remember this Memorial Day — each one a tribute to hundreds of Massachusetts service members who made the ultimate sacrifice, and to their families who carry their memory forward.

As a long-time partner, Timberline is proud to continue supporting this event and the incredible work MFH does year-round. Thank you to our team for being part of this meaningful event and for continuing our commitment to our community.

TCI is proud to sponsor the New York State Wireless Association Annual Golf Tournament on May 28 at Orchard Creek Golf Club. Adam Anderson, Stephen Hobart and Lee Mottard will be representing TCI on the course, teeing off alongside friends from Airosmith Development, T-Mobile and Pyramid Network Services. Looking forward to a great day of golf and even better conversations as we continue growing TCI’s presence across Upstate New York. If you're hitting the course too, be sure to reach out to our team.

Being Committed to Community means showing up where it matters most. Last week, the Timberline team volunteered at Father Bill's & MainSpring Conway House emergency family shelter, helping refresh the space with garden cleanups, cabinet painting and hands-on improvements that support families across Southern Massachusetts.

We’re proud to partner with organizations creating stronger, more supportive environments for those who need them most. Thank you to our Culture Club for organizing the day, and to every Timberline volunteer who brough the energy and teamwork.

Connect (X) is a wrap — and it was a strong one.

Lee Mottard, Stephen Hobart, Adam Anderson and Patrick Healy represented TCI in Fort Lauderdale last week for three days of keynotes, breakout sessions and discussions shaping the future of wireless infrastructure.

The week kicked off on the golf course, where TCI was proud to serve as the golf tee sponsor, and continued with conversations focused on everything from in-building connectivity and neutral host deployments to AI-driven networks and edge infrastructure.

Thanks to WIA and the Connect (X) team for an exceptional event, we're already looking forward to next year!

As a part of Safety Week 2026, TCI's Safety Manager Brian Wyman, led a stand-down focused on fall protection, reinforcing the practices, training and accountability that help keep our teams safe in the field.

From working at heights to staying aware of leading edges, ladders, roofs and other jobsite hazards, the conversation reinforced how important it is to recognize risks, respond with the right precautions and respect the safety procedures that protect everyone on site.

Thank you to our team for showing up, staying engaged and continuing to put safety first — this week and every week.

All in together. Recognize. Respond. Respect.

Today is National Tower Technician Appreciation Day — and during Construction Safety Week, there's no better time to recognize the people who climb, build and maintain the infrastructure that keeps the country connected.

Tower techs work at extreme heights, in every kind of weather, under tight timelines and on critical infrastructure. The work isn't easy — but our team shows up, takes care of each other and gets the job done right.

A special shoutout to the newest members of our crew out in Oregon, who are already hard at work on projects as part of our recently announced expansion. Thank you to the new crew and to all of our TCI technicians for their hard work and commitment to safety, today and every day.

Construction Safety Week is a time to recognize the people, programs and practices that protect our workforce. This week, we're highlighting Brian Wyman as TCI's new Safety and Training Manager.

Brian leads our safety program and serves as our in-house instructor for Tower Safety and Rescue, Rigging and First Aid/CPR/AED training — ensuring our crews have the knowledge, certifications and resources to perform their work safely every day.

With almost 30 years of industry experience, he has held roles ranging from hands-on field work to project management, with the past 13 years as a Safety Manager. Brian has supported major upgrades for AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, giving him an extensive background that will strengthen our culture of safety.

TCI has always prioritized safety and we're excited to have Brian on board. We look forward to the continued impact he will have on keeping our crews safe, prepared and supported.
