Email is still the #1 attack vector. But attackers aren't really after your inbox; they're after your people.

AI is making phishing and social engineering more convincing than ever, and attacks now extend beyond email into Microsoft 365, Teams, and Slack.

Time for a closer look if:

→ Users keep clicking on phishing emails.

→ You've had a compromised mailbox or BEC incident.

→ Teams and collaboration tools feel like an unprotected side door.

Stronger protection. Smarter users. Same productivity.

Ransomware. Identity-based attacks. Living-off-the-land techniques. Endpoints are still the primary way attackers get in, and traditional antivirus wasn't built to stop any of it.

Modern Endpoint Protection uses AI, behavioral analytics, and managed detection and response (MDR) to catch what antivirus misses and stop it before it spreads.

Worth a second look if:

→ No one's watching alerts after business hours.

→ Cyber insurance is asking about EDR.

→ You're not fully confident your endpoints are protected.

Faster detection. Faster response. Fewer sleepless nights.

Sensitive data does not need to be stolen to be exposed.

Every time an employee pastes proprietary information into a public AI tool, uploads a client document for summarization, or connects an unapproved AI plugin to a corporate system, that data may leave the organization’s control.

Most of these incidents are not malicious. They happen because employees are trying to work faster without clear policies, approved tools, or technical safeguards in place.

Common exposure points include:

• Copying sensitive information into public AI platforms
• Uploading files to unapproved AI tools
• Installing browser extensions with broad system access
• Connecting AI integrations to email or document repositories
• Using vendors with unclear retention or training policies
• Processing regulated data without the right agreements

The answer is not banning AI. It is creating visibility, setting clear rules, reviewing vendors, and enforcing those decisions with controls such as DLP, access management, and monitoring.

Learn how AI can expose your data and what your organization can do to reduce the risk:

CMMC readiness is no longer only a cybersecurity initiative. It is becoming a requirement for winning and retaining defense contracts.

Prime contractors are already asking suppliers for proof of readiness. Flowdown requirements are reaching more organizations, and upcoming implementation milestones will make Level 2 certification a condition of award for many opportunities.

The organizations preparing now will be better positioned to compete when those requirements land.

Tego helps defense contractors scope CUI, address NIST 800-171 gaps, prepare evidence, and move toward assessment with a clear plan.

Do not wait until the contract requires it.
