Weโre looking for an experienced Project Manager who cares deeply about clarity, quality, and delivering work to the highest standards.
You will take full ownership of projects, communicate with precision, and keep clients and internal teams aligned at every stage. As the main voice clients hear from six2eight, you will lead projects from initial brief to final delivery while coordinating designers and developers across our remote team.

โข Drive multiple projects from initial brief through final delivery.
โข Serve as the primary point of contact for multinational clients.
โข Set clear expectations and communicate proactively with clients and internal teams.
โข Gather requirements and write precise, actionable briefs for designers and developers.
โข Manage timelines, milestones, budgets, approvals, feedback, and revision cycles.
โข Coordinate designers and developers across 5+ concurrent projects.
โข Review deliverables before client submission to ensure quality and alignment.
โข Identify risks, blockers, and scope changes early, then propose clear solutions.
โข Maintain structured and transparent project documentation in ClickUp.
โข Manage design to development handoffs and keep every stakeholder informed.

You must be confident managing clients directly, gathering clear requirements, and translating those requirements into actionable tasks for the team.

โข 3 to 5 years of project management experience in a design or web development agency.
โข Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
โข Proven ability to manage 5+ concurrent projects without compromising quality.
โข Strong design sensibility and a clear understanding of high-quality work.
โข Working knowledge of Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify workflows.
โข Confidence reviewing Figma files and managing design to development handoffs.
โข Proficiency in ClickUp for project tracking, documentation, and coordination.
โข Experience working with international clients across different time zones.

โข Experience with e-commerce or conversion-focused projects.
