That's from the 2026 Inc. Magazine Inc 5000, published this morning. We're also No. 218 nationally in IT Services and No. 3,395 overall, onrevenue growth between 2022 and 2025.

Here's the part worth saying out loud: in a services business, growth is almost entirely a measure of whether existing clients trusted you with more. Nearly all of ours came from expansion work; healthcare systems, environmental agencies, and workforce programs handing us harder problems each year.

Huge shoutout to our Senior Software Engineer, Shane Hoffman, for an incredible achievement outside the office! 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Shane recently conquered the IRONMAN 70.3 Eagleman in Cambridge, MD. Not only did he cross the finish line, but he absolutely crushed it with a spectacular time of 4:33:31, placing 31st overall out of 2,000+ athletes! 🤯 All this while wearing a custom built and well deserved TWC Tri-suit!

We know that building secure, future-ready software takes focus, dedication, and a whole lot of endurance, qualities Shane clearly brings to everything he does whether he's building Kick-Ass software or racing through the Choptank River and Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge.

🏀 As the NBA Finals wrap up, we're spotlighting a standout from our own roster.

Meet Joseph Fodera, a talented Software Engineering Intern and student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. For his AI & Machine Learning course (CSCI-4170), Joseph and his teammates Harman Aujla, Ryan Styron, and Matthew Voynovich, built a National Basketball Association (NBA) Shot Predictor: a machine learning system that predicts whether a shot goes in, trained on every NBA shot from 2004 to 2024.

The most surprising finding? A model trained only on shots from 2004–2009 predicted today's shots just as accurately as one trained on recent seasons. The three-point revolution completely changed which shots players take but the physics of whether the ball goes through the hoop hasn't budged. Some fundamentals are timeless.

Joseph's role was foundational. He pulled 20 seasons of player biometric data through the NBA API, then merged and cleaned 40 separate datasets into the single, anonymized dataset the whole project ran on. Good models start with good data and that groundwork made the rest possible.

We're proud to have Joseph on the team. Watching early-career engineers bring this kind of curiosity and rigor is exactly why we invest in both our internship program and The R&D Lab at Troy Web Consulting.
