PSA to all of our Platinum tier subscribers: Speeds on the Platinum ($85/month) have increased from 250/250 download and upload to 1Gig/1Gig. This upgrade comes at no additional cost to you and has already been adjusted.

As we did this upgrade there may have been a few that missed the update. If your speeds don't seem to have changed and you're on the Platinum tier please feel free to call us M-F 8-4 and we will be happy to assist!

We will be performing upgrades to our network Tuesday 7/16 - Thursday 7/18 between 12 AM and 6 AM.
Brief outages are to be expected during this timeframe.

We will be doing maintenance May 6th, May 7th, and May 8th. The maintenance will occur between 12:01 AM and 6 AM.

During this maintenance window, Internet customers may experience one or more brief interruptions in service while we complete the maintenance activities. The interruption is expected to be less than 15 minutes; however, due to the complexity of the work, downtime may be longer.

We are sad to share the news that our manager, Russ, passed away this last week. Russ spent countless hours both in the field and behind the scenes to provide the best possible service to our customers. There are truly no words to express how much we appreciate all of his knowledge and hard work. He will be deeply missed.

Russ is leaving behind a wife and two young children, so we want to extend the opportunity to love and support them through this difficult time. Donations to his family can be deposited into the account of Kari Foreyt at P1FCU.

Additionally, as Russ was not only a manager, but a dear friend to all employees of Colfax Cable, we ask for your patience and understanding as we mourn his loss.

NOW HIRING:

As our current Customer Service Representative will we be welcoming a new baby in May, we are looking to hire a full-time replacement.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am until 4pm.

Responsibilities include answering phones, billing, processing payments, scheduling, creating work orders, and simple troubleshooting.

We are looking to hire in the next couple of weeks to allow ample time for training. If you are interested, please bring a resumé to our office.

The issue has been resolved and we apologize for any problems this may have caused. The outage was between 10:25 AM to 11:25 AM. This was not planned or scheduled and we tried to resolve it as quickly as possible. If you're still experiencing issues please power cycle your router (DO NOT FACTORY RESET) if that still does not resolve the issue please call us at 509-397-2211.
