πŸŽ‰ Celebrating 10 Years of Ronda! πŸŽ‰

A huge congratulations to Ronda on her 10-year work anniversary with our agency!

Since starting with us in 2016, Ronda has been an absolute foundation for our team. She's served as a TAC, a trainer, a union representative and since 2020, she's been a supervisor. On top of all that, she's our Lead TAC. That's a lot of titles, but she earns every one of them.

One of the things we admire most about Ronda? She supervises our most inexperienced shift the one that comes with the steepest learning curve and the biggest challenges. But Ronda handles it with patience, steady leadership, and a calm confidence that helps her team grow and succeed. She doesn't just manage that shift, she builds it up.

Ten years of service, countless moments of grace under pressure, and a leader who truly makes a difference. Thank you, Ronda! πŸš¨πŸ“žβ€οΈ

πŸŽ‰ Celebrating 10 Years of Stevie! πŸŽ‰

We are thrilled to recognize Stevie on her 10-year work anniversary with Knox County 911!

Since joining us in 2016, Stevie has worn many hats and made an incredible impact. Serving as a TAC, a dedicated trainer, and since 2022, stepping into a supervisory role with the same steady professionalism and care.

But what really sets Stevie apart? She's the perfect balance of calm under pressure and fun to work with. In the middle of the busiest, most stressful moments, she keeps a level head and somehow still brings a sense of teamwork and good humor to the floor that makes this a better place to be. That combination is rare, and we treasure it. πŸš¨πŸ“žβ€οΈ

Ten years in emergency communications is no small feat. Thank you, Stevie, for your leadership, your steady voice, and for making our team stronger every day. We're lucky to have you!

πŸŽ‰ Happy 3-Year Work Anniversary, Brittney! πŸŽ‰

Three years ago, Brittney joined the Knox County 911 team, and we couldn't be more grateful. From day one, she has brought an incredible positive attitude to every shift. the kind of energy that lifts up her whole team and makes a real difference for the residents who call us in their moments of need.
Brittney consistently goes above and beyond, and we're proud to see her take on extra responsibility in her recent role as TAC. It's a perfect reflection of who she is, someone who doesn't just do her job, but truly cares about the people she serves and the colleagues she works alongside.

Please join us in congratulating Brittney on three amazing years! πŸŽ‰πŸ’™
