Help us celebrate Telecommunication Systems Senior Engineering Tech Jeff Crownover on his 25th anniversary at Conway Corp! 🎉🎉🎉

Jeff began his career with Conway Corp in October 2001 as a GIS data collection technician and was later promoted to telecommunication systems senior designer in the engineering department. He was promoted to his current role in January 2024.

Engineering & Planning Manager Dale Gottsponer said he has been a dedicated member of the team.

“Jeff is a hard-working and dependable member of our team,” he said. “We can always count on him to get the job done and support our customers and co-workers.”

Help us congratulate Matt on his promotion! 👏👏👏

Conway Corp recently announced the promotion of Matt Guyton to information systems administrator 1 in the Technology Department.

In his new role, Matt will continue providing technical support to Conway Corp employees while gradually taking on additional responsibilities related to the administration and maintenance of the company's servers and information systems. His expanded role will help support the technology infrastructure essential to Conway Corp's daily operations.

“I’m proud of the important work Matt continues to do for our organization,” Conway Corp Information Systems Manager Brad Sanders said. “His dedication, expertise, and contributions have earned him this well-deserved promotion, and I look forward to seeing his continued success in his new role.”

Matt has demonstrated a commitment to professional development, including completing a SCADA Systems Refresher course at the 2025 Survalent Conference. He independently pursued the training to expand his knowledge of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, which allows Conway Corp to monitor and control its electric distribution system in real time.

The course covered advanced system functionality, troubleshooting techniques and best practices for maintaining the system. The additional training strengthened Matt's understanding of the technology that supports reliable electric service and helps crews respond to outages and system irregularities.

Matt began his career at Conway Corp as a technology support specialist 1 in May 2021.

Join us in congratulating Headend Operations Supervisor Randy Lukas on 30 years with Conway Corp! 🎉🎉🎉

Randy began his Conway Corp career in October 1996 as a headend technician and was promoted to headend engineer in 2007. He advanced to headend operations manager in March 2016 before his title was updated to headend operations supervisor in January 2026.

Today, Randy oversees the facility responsible for receiving, processing and distributing television signals across Conway Corp’s cable system. His experience and technical expertise have played an important role in providing reliable service to our customers.

Conway Corp Network Engineering & Operations Manager Roy Grubb praised Randy’s dedication and contributions over the years.

“Randy continues to be an extremely valuable asset to me, his team members, and the rest of Conway Corporation. His 30 years of hands-on company experience and knowledge in the headend directly contribute to the high level of reliability and customer satisfaction that our customers have witnessed over the years.”

Conway Corp employees Brad Curtis and Zach Gardner were recently named Blue Ribbon Workforce Heroes by the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce.

The award honors individuals and companies in Faulkner County who have made a lasting impact on their company and community and who demonstrate strong potential to be industry leaders within the next decade.

“Brad and Zach are tremendous assets to Conway Corp and are very deserving of this recognition,” Conway Corp CEO Bret Carroll said. “Their dedication, expertise and commitment to serving our community represent the best of Conway Corp. We are proud of the work they do every day and the impact they continue to make within our company and their respective industries.”

In the newest issue of The Pulse of Conway, Brad and Zach were recognized for their contributions to Conway Corp and their dedication to the community.

Brad serves as operations system coordinator in Conway Corp’s Engineering & Planning Department. In his role, he helps support the systems and processes that allow Conway Corp teams to effectively plan, coordinate and carry out utility operations. His technical knowledge, attention to detail and ability to work across departments help ensure employees have the information and resources needed to provide reliable service to Conway Corp customers.

Zach serves as environmental coordinator in Conway Corp’s Water Department. In his role, he helps support Conway Corp’s environmental and regulatory responsibilities while working to protect the natural resources that are essential to the community. His work contributes to the safe and responsible operation of Conway Corp’s water and wastewater systems and reflects the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship.

Brad and Zach were honored at the American Safeguard Insurance Blue Ribbon Workforce Awards presented by First Arkansas Bank & Trust.
