Copper Digital Give nurses their time back. Copper AI automates OASIS documentation so clinicians can focus on patient care.

Copper Digital is revolutionizing the home healthcare landscape with Copper AI. We are an automation platform designed specifically for Home Health agencies to eliminate the OASIS documentation bottleneck. Unlike basic dictation tools that only record audio, our Copper AI functions as a digital workforce that solves capacity limits and mitigates compliance risks without disrupting your existing EM

R systems. Powered by our proprietary Smart Extraction engine, we deliver measurable results by reading referral PDFs and patient history to pre-populate 60% of OASIS fields before the visit begins. This empowers your care teams to review data instead of starting from scratch, which allows them to focus on what matters most, which is patient care. With over 15 years of digital transformation expertise, our implementation programs and ongoing support have helped agencies achieve specific outcomes. Clinician capacity increased from 4.8 to 6.5 visits per day
Reduction of survey deficiencies to zero through deterministic rules

What if the AI helping your nurses document could also start working before the nurse even sees the patient?

That’s exactly where this client relationship is heading.

What started with documentation is now expanding into eligibility, intake, doctor’s orders, and more.

When a referral comes in, Copper AI can pull the relevant information, save it, and have that context ready when the nurse starts the visit.

Less searching. Less re-entering information. Less piecing together the chart.

More time for nurses to focus on the patient.

And honestly, this is the part that excites us most: AI shouldn’t just make documentation faster. It should make the entire workflow easier.

We’re grateful for the trust and excited about what we’re building together.

There’s always going to be a clinician who genuinely loves writing notes.

We recently met one who spent 30 years teaching human anatomy, sees just one patient a day, and writes his notes almost like a novel. For him, documentation is part of the craft.

And honestly? I get it.

But that’s not the reality for most clinicians.

Most nurses aren’t choosing to spend their evenings writing detailed notes. They’re doing it because they have to. And every hour spent catching up on documentation is an hour they’re not spending with patients or with their families.

AI adoption isn’t about convincing everyone to stop caring about their notes.

It’s about giving clinicians a better option when documentation starts taking over their lives.

Because the goal was never less care.

It’s more time for care.

What happens when you solve both sides of the equation?

More nurses where they're needed.
Less time spent documenting.
More patients seen.
More time spent actually caring for them.

AI shouldn't be used to compensate for understaffing.

It should help nurses make better use of the time they have.

Your Nursing Budget Might Be Setting Your Team Up to Fail.

The numbers may look right on paper, but what happens when those numbers hit the real world?

In this episode, Robert Wingo breaks down the hidden connection between nursing budgets, understaffing, burnout, turnover, and patient care.

We’re not here to just sell you AI.

We’re here to make sure it actually works.
No cookie-cutter implementation. No “here’s the software, good luck.”

We sit with your team, understand how your nurses actually work, help you build the workflow, and stay involved long after launch.

Because in healthcare, you don’t get to take implementation lightly.

If it affects how nurses work and how patients are cared for, we’re in it until it works.

Documentation shouldn’t be the thing blocking patient care.

Every extra hour spent charting is an hour taken away from patients.

More charting. More corrections. More compliance pressure. More paperwork.
And eventually, burnout.

Nurses didn’t choose healthcare to spend their evenings fighting documentation.

It’s time to move the paperwork out of the way and put care back in the spotlight.

A little personal moment we're proud to share.

When we first met, one of the biggest challenges this agency was facing was getting nurses’ notes completed on time. They needed a better way, and we knew we had an opportunity to help.

A few weeks into using our AI, the feedback from the nurses started coming in:

“I like this.”
“I love it.”

Honestly, that means more than any metric.

Because behind the technology are real nurses, real workdays, and real time being given back.

This is why we’re building what we’re building. ❤️

The #1 product mistake

08/10/2026

We’ve been hearing this more and more in our conversations, and it continues to shape how I think about technology and transformation.

The real question is not how much AI-powered technology we can introduce. It is whether it is genuinely creating value for people.

Is it saving time? Is it helping teams focus on higher-value work? Is it enabling employees to spend more time with customers, in the field, or on the decisions that move the business forward?

For me, that is the measure that matters.

Technology should not just make businesses more efficient. It should make work more meaningful and create space for people to do what they do best.
