I have seen more posts looking for K2 developers, and I expect to see more as the retirement of SharePoint’s workflow engine nears. I was inspired to write this blog by a client who has been struggling to fill an open role, who asked me where I find K2 developers. It made me reflect on the people I’ve hired and why I chose them, even if they had never touched K2 before.
